Q: What ages do you work with?

We work with children of all ages, from toddlers through teens, helping families build skills, manage challenging behaviors, and create calm, connected routines at home.

 

Q: How do virtual sessions work?

Virtual sessions are conducted over Google Meet. You’ll have a one-on-one session where we discuss goals, challenges, and strategies. We can also share digital resources and follow-up materials to support your family between sessions.

 

Q: How do I schedule or reschedule a session?
You can schedule a session through our website or by contacting us directly via email. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find a new time that works for you.

 

Q: What if my child doesn’t respond to strategies?

very child is unique, so we personalize strategies to fit your child and family. If something isn’t working, we troubleshoot together and adjust our approach until we find what works best.

 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made via credit card or other online payment methods as listed on our website at the time of booking.

Early Childhood Consultation (Daycares & Preschools)

Q: Can consultations be virtual, in-person, or both?

Consultations can be conducted virtually or in-person, depending on your program’s needs. In-person sessions are often ideal for observation and hands-on staff coaching.

 

Q: What is included in a consultation?

Each consultation is personalized but typically includes observation, staff guidance, strategy recommendations, and practical resources to support classroom routines and behavior management.

 

Q: How long does a typical consultation last?

Sessions are offered in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute increments, with longer sessions ideal for in-depth observation and staff training.

 

Q: Do you provide follow-up support or resources?

Yes! After each consultation, we provide actionable strategies and resources for staff to implement. Follow-up sessions are available to troubleshoot challenges and refine strategies as needed.

 

Q: How do we prepare for a consultation?

Simply complete our intake form with program details, challenges, and any specific goals. This ensures the consultation is tailored to your program’s unique needs.

General Questions

Q: Do you provide therapy?

No. Blooming Behavior provides consultation, coaching, and practical guidance, not direct clinical therapy.

 

Q: Do you accept insurance?

Currently, services are self-pay. We provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement if your plan allows.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy helps us accommodate other families and programs efficiently.
